Bearing characteristics of agricultural machinery bearings

Agricultural machinery bearings are the most iconic rolling bearings with a wide range of applications. It is suitable for high-speed and even high-speed operation, is very durable and does not require frequent maintenance. This kind of bearing has the advantages of small friction resistance, high limit speed ratio, simple structure, low production cost and high production precision.

   The specifications range and form are different, and can be used for instruments, low-noise motors, cars, motorcycles and chemical machinery. It is the most commonly used bearing in mechanical engineering. It mainly bears axial load and can also bear a certain amount of radial load.

   When a large axial backlash is selected, the radial load capacity increases, while the interfacial tension is zero when bearing pure axial force. Generally, corrugated iron cages made of stamping molds, solid iron cages made of cars, and sometimes polyester iron cages are also used.

   After the agricultural machinery bearing is installed on the shaft, the radial offset of the shaft or casing can be limited to the radial backlash range of the bearing, thereby enabling precise radial positioning in two directions. In addition, this type of bearing also has a certain level of automatic alignment capabilities. When it is tilted 2' to 10' relative to the bearing seat hole, it can still work normally, but it will have a certain impact on the service life of the bearing. Agricultural machinery ball bearings are mainly steel stamping die wave ball bearings. Most large and medium-sized bearings are made of solid ball bearings made of metal produced by automobiles.

   Common rolling bearings are agricultural machinery bearings. Its structure is simple and practical. It is mainly used to bear axial load, but when the axial backlash of the bearing increases, it has certain angular contact ball bearing characteristics and can bear the combined axial and radial load.

   It can also be used to bear pure radial loads when the speed ratio is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable. Compared with other types of agricultural machinery bearings of the same specification and size, this kind of bearing has lower friction resistance and higher limit speed ratio. However, it is not impact resistant and is not suitable for carrying heavy loads.
