The allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.


The performance of the outer spherical ball bearing with an eccentric sleeve is basically the same as that of the outer spherical bearing with a jackscrew, except that the jackscrew is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. The inner hole of the tapered bore spherical ball bearing is a tapered hole with a taper of 1:12. It can be directly installed on a tapered shaft, or installed on a shoulderless smooth shaft with the help of a tightening bushing, and the bearing clearance can be fine-tuned.

Its characteristic is that when it is matched with the shaft, the jackscrew is used to push against the shaft, thereby playing a fixed role, but its matching Environmental requirements require a small vibration range. Its code names are: UK200 series, UK300 series. The inner diameter of this type of outer spherical ball bearing is a tapered inner hole with a ratio of 1:12. It must be used in conjunction with an adapter sleeve. The characteristics of this type of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can withstand greater loads than the outer spherical ball bearing with a top wire. load. Because the inner diameter of the matching adapter sleeve of the same model is smaller than that of the spherical outer spherical ball bearing with a top wire. For example, the inner diameter of the UC209 spherical ball bearing with a top wire is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used with it is 45mm. If If you change to a tapered outer spherical ball bearing, you can only choose an adapter sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm, and the only tapered outer spherical ball bearing that matches the 45mm adapter sleeve is UK210 (of course, if the load is higher, you can choose UK310). Therefore, the load endured by UK210 is much greater than that of UC209.

Its code names are: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The main feature of this type of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain degree of eccentricity, and an eccentric sleeve with the same eccentricity matches it. This type of bearing can also be said to be a special bearing, because it is mainly used on agricultural machinery (harvesters, straw returning machines, threshers, etc.). This type of outer spherical ball bearings are mainly used on structures that beat violently, eccentric structures. The cooperation can effectively reduce violent beating.
